We have a team-based model approach to patient-centered care. Our team currently consists of 4 Urologists, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 Physician Assistant and 1 RN. Our clinic has office space in Renton and Covington, this position is based in Renton.<br><br><strong>About The Position<br><br></strong>Call: No call required, options available<br><br>Average # of patients/day: 17-22<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Inpatient Care<br><br>Assist with daily rounds, consults, and discharges<br><br>Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans<br><br>Manage post-operative patients<br><br>Surgical Assisting<br><br>Function as first assist in urologic surgeries, including robotic bedside assist<br><br>Prepare patients for procedures and support intraoperative needs<br><br>Participate in pre- and post-operative care<br><br>Outpatient Clinic<br><br>Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of urologic conditions<br><br>Perform routine and specialized procedures (e.g., catheter placement, cystoscopy assistance, etc.)<br><br>Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care<br><br>Ensure timely documentation and follow-up care coordination<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority<br><br><strong>Previous Experience In Urology Or Other Surgical Fields Preferred<br><br></strong>Located in Renton, Washington, Valley Medical Center is the largest nonprofit healthcare provider between Seattle and Tacoma, serving more than 600,000 residents.
