That work falls to this role.</p><p>As a UVM Coordinator, you'll own the coordination layer between Billee and the utility providers (electric, gas, water, trash, telecom) across our client portfolio. That means submitting account requests, tracking activations, following up when vendors go quiet, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks when a new property onboards. You'll also support billing reconciliation, which requires the same attention to detail: when numbers don't match, you investigate until they do.</p><p>This is not a background role. The work is high-volume, deadline-driven, and directly visible to clients. When vendor accounts aren't set up on time or billing data is off, clients notice.
