You are early in your UX career, eager to learn, grow, and contribute to designing intuitive digital experiences. You speak and write fluently in English. You are eager to work under the guidance of senior designers while collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions. <br><br>We offer hands-on mentorship from experienced designers, opportunities for professional development and career growth and a collaborative and supportive team environment.<br><br><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong><ul><li>Assist in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web, Windows, and mobile products.</li><li>Apply established UX patterns, design systems, and brand guidelines to design work.</li><li>Assist in translating product requirements and feedback into clear, usable design solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design team members during the development lifecycle.</li><li>Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, peers, and stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in user research activities such as interviews, usability tests, and surveys.</li><li>Contribute to maintaining and evolving design system components and documentation.</li><li>Support accessibility, usability, and consistency across products.</li></ul><strong>WHAT WE REQUIRE</strong><ul><li>1–3 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or closely related roles in a technology/software company.</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken English language.</li><li>Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving skills (please include a link to your online portfolio in your resume).</li><li>Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar</li><li>Basic understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.</li><li>Strong desire to learn and improve through feedback and mentorship.</li><li>User empathy and curiosity about customer needs.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Clear communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback.</li><li>Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.</li></ul><strong>        Preferred Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Exposure to user research methods or usability testing.</li><li>Experience working on digital products in a team environment.</li><li>Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.</li><li>Basic knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).</li><li>Interest in analytics or data-informed design.</li></ul><strong>EDUCATION</strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.</li></ul><br><strong>TERMS OF CONTRACT</strong><ul><li>As an independent contractor, you are not eligible for benefits.</li><li>Upon hire, you must be able to provide documentation that proves authorization to work in your country of residence.</li></ul><br><strong>OUR CULTURE</strong><br><br>We offer a dynamic, culturally diverse, and fun environment where people with energy, creativity, and passion work together to deliver amazing product experiences for our customers.
