Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Marketing for our Restaurant / Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) division. In this high-impact leadership role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and accelerate sales growth across multiple channels. You will lead a talented marketing team, oversee integrated campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance. Your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel advertising will be essential in positioning our brand as a leader in the competitive restaurant landscape. Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on digital channels, social media marketing, SEO, and multichannel campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Lead the creation and execution of innovative advertising campaigns across print, digital, social media platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media channels.
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives including copywriting, product management, and creative development using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress to produce compelling assets.
  • Manage marketing automation systems and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance, optimize ROI, and generate actionable insights.
  • Drive e-commerce growth through targeted digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, performance marketing, and research-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective advertising sales strategies that support B2B marketing efforts and expand partnership opportunities.
  • Establish budgets for all marketing activities while ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet key performance indicators.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.

Experience

  • Proven track record in senior marketing leadership roles within the restaurant or QSR industry or related fast-paced consumer sectors.
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Strong background in multichannel marketing approaches integrating print advertising with digital initiatives for cohesive brand messaging.
  • Demonstrated expertise in content creation, copywriting, product management, and advertising sales development.
  • Experience managing large budgets while delivering measurable results through data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Skilled in research methodologies to analyze market trends and customer insights that inform strategic planning.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while fostering collaboration across departments such as sales, product development, and creative services.
