Virtual Assistant (LATAM – CST Timezone Support)

Hi! I’m the Executive Assistant to a founder based in the US (CST), and I’m looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented assistant who can support both operations and content execution.

This is a flexible, ongoing hourly role designed to keep operations moving smoothly on days I’m unavailable or working behind the scenes. While tasks may not be urgent, responsiveness and initiative during CST hours are important.

This role is for someone who can take ownership, move quickly, and execute with minimal supervision . You will be working closely with leadership on client work, internal operations, and content development.

We’re open to someone with other projects, as long as you can:

  • Be online and reachable during CST daytime hours
  • Keep things flowing while I’m off (emails, calendar, light admin)
  • Show initiative in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
You’ll collaborate with me and get briefed and trained on key processes—this is a team effort, not a solo gig.

What You’ll Do:

  • Draft and respond to emails on behalf of leadership
  • Track tasks, follow-ups, and project updates across workflows
  • Maintain organized systems (trackers, documents, SOPs)

  • Design simple, professional graphics (Canva or similar tools)
  • Draft LinkedIn posts and support social media execution
  • Ensure all materials are clean, structured, and client-ready
Systems & Process Support
  • Create and maintain SOPs for recurring workflows
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve speed and output quality
  • Continuously improve organization and efficiency across tasks
About You:
  • Based in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, etc.)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Familiar with VA/EA work in a business ops or consulting setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint & Word)
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and execute without constant supervision
  • Clear and proactive communication (daily updates required)
  • Comfortable using AI tools

You are welcome to include your outputs in your portfolio.

Looking forward to meeting someone I can count on.
