Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and fast-responding Virtual Chat Agents to provide real-time, text-based support to customers from the comfort of home. This remote position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, can multitask, and have excellent written communication skills.

As a chat agent, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers with product questions, order issues, and general inquiries — all via live chat. No phone calls required!


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer chats promptly and professionally
  • Assist with order tracking, billing issues, refunds, product information, and account support
  • Troubleshoot common problems and provide clear written instructions
  • Maintain accurate records of each interaction using internal tools
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary
  • Meet performance goals including response time, satisfaction, and accuracy

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or admin roles is a plus
  • Strong English writing skills (grammar, punctuation, and clarity)
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with high accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop (some roles mobile-friendly)
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
