We’re seeking a creative and tech-savvy Virtual Reality (VR) Content Creator to help design immersive experiences that engage, educate, and inspire. Whether it’s for entertainment, education, healthcare, real estate, or training simulations, you'll be crafting content that pushes the boundaries of storytelling and interaction in virtual spaces.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design:

  • Develop immersive 3D VR experiences using platforms like Unity, Unreal Engine, or WebVR
  • Design compelling storyboards and user flows for VR narratives or simulations
  • Create interactive scenes with animation, spatial audio, and responsive environments

Collaboration & Production:

  • Work with game developers, 3D artists, designers, and storytellers to bring ideas to life
  • Integrate visual assets, motion graphics, and sound into VR environments
  • Test and refine VR content for usability, interactivity, and performance across devices

Innovation & Ideation:

  • Generate creative concepts for new VR content tailored to client or project goals
  • Stay up to date with VR trends, hardware advancements, and user engagement strategies
  • Push creative boundaries while balancing technical constraints and performance

Optimization & QA:

  • Optimize assets for VR headsets (e.g., Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift)
  • Conduct testing and gather user feedback to iterate on content and improve experiences
  • Debug technical issues related to performance or compatibility across platforms

Requirements

  • Proven experience in VR content creation or 3D game/experience development
  • Proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine (C#, Blueprint, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of 3D modeling, animation, and spatial design
  • Familiarity with VR SDKs, XR pipelines, and deployment processes
  • Ability to tell stories or present information in visually compelling, interactive ways
  • Good time management and communication skills in remote team environments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with 360° video production, AR content, or mixed reality (XR)
  • Skills in 3D modeling tools like Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or ZBrush
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles in immersive environments
  • Experience creating content for education, training, simulation, or virtual events
  • Familiarity with WebXR, A-Frame, or Three.js is a plus
