We embrace diversity in thought and backgrounds unified by a commitment to high achievement. When you join Aya, you’ll be surrounded by teammates who care about you as an individual and leaders who will help you grow both personally and professionally.</span><span data-ccp-props="{" 201341983":0,"335551550":0,"335551620":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"=""> </span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design marketing and automated email templates in HubSpot.  </li> <li>Maintaining and updating design systems for email and PowerPoint templates across our brands.</li> <li>Work with project/product managers, stakeholders, and developers to define project goals, requirements, and timelines.  </li> <li>Make layout changes based on user feedback, stakeholder needs, and industry standards.  </li> <li>Follow, update, and maintain style guidelines and asset libraries.  </li> <li>Translate complex concepts into beautiful and easy to understand graphics, ranging from simple representations to animated visual stories.</li> <li>Experience creating best-in-class design language, you’re all about details, from typography to data visualizations.  </li> <li>Create better experiences utilizing storytelling and collaboration to bring keynotes and decks to life from the whiteboard to the stage, partnering with product experts, content writers, designers and speakers to create engaging presentations for speakers and executives presenting at important internal and external facing events.  </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field. </li> <li>3+ years of relevant experience</li> <li>Proven Experience as a brand designer or a similar role</li> <li>Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, Miro, HTML and MS365.  </li> <li>Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a11y best practices.  </li> <li>Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.  </li> <li>Strong experience designing decks in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.  </li> <li>Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc. </li> <li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.  </li> <li>Multitasking: Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while simultaneously managing multiple projects.  </li> <li>Staying up to date with industry trends, software and best practices in design and applying them to enhance our products.  </li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Free premium medical, dental, life and vision insurance  </li> <li>Generous 401(k) match  </li> <li>Aya also offers other benefits to those that are eligible and where required by applicable law, including reimbursements and discretionary bonuses  </li> <li>Aya provides paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws.
