You will own post-land expansion strategy, uncover new use cases, and drive adoption across additional lines of business, regions, and member populations.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is ideal for a senior commercial leader who excels at developing deep, multi-threaded executive relationships, turning early wins into scaled deployments, and navigating complex internal dynamics to expand payer partnerships over time.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll work closely with clinical, product, implementation, and executive teams to ensure measurable value delivery, then translate that value into renewal and upsell momentum. This is a high-ownership role in an early-stage environment where you’ll shape how Hippocratic AI scales inside payer accounts.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own expansion revenue across existing health plan partners</strong>, including renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and multi-year growth plans.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Develop and execute executive-level account expansion strategies</strong> that map stakeholders, identify whitespace, and prioritize growth pathways (e.g., new geographies, product modules, member segments, or operational teams).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities</strong> by translating payer pain points into new AI-enabled programs with measurable ROI.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build deep, trusted relationships</strong> across clinical, operational, digital, innovation, finance, and C-suite sponsor layers within payer organizations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead complex internal sales cycles inside customers</strong>, coordinating security, compliance, contracting, procurement, and clinical governance for incremental deals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Partner cross-functionally</strong> with product, clinical, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure strong value realization, reference ability, and scalable rollouts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Maintain accurate forecasting and expansion pipeline reporting</strong>, proactively identifying risk and opportunity.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Serve as the voice of the customer</strong> to inform partnerships strategy, product roadmap, and market positioning aligned to payer needs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Represent Hippocratic AI</strong> in executive QBRs, steering committees, and payer ecosystem events.<br></p></li></ul><h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Must-have: </strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">10-15 years of experience selling into health plans, with a strong record of exceeding expansion/renewal or account growth targets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven success expanding enterprise payer accounts, including multi-threading, selling new use cases, and growing contract value over time.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Executive presence and credibility with the ability to influence and align clinical, operational, digital, and C-suite stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience managing sophisticated contracting and procurement processes, including amendments, renewals, and incremental SOWs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong consultative selling approach, able to quantify value, build business cases, and tie outcomes to payer priorities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Highly autonomous, proactive, and outcomes-driven, thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Willingness to travel as needed (minimum of 30–50%, including onsite meetings, QBRs, and conferences).<br></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep network within payer organizations and history of long-cycle relationship stewardship.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience expanding solutions across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Commercial, or dual-eligible populations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background in digital health, health tech, AI-enabled care models, or care management platforms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with payer clinical/operational workflows (care management, UM/CM, member engagement, risk adjustment, Stars/HEDIS, etc.).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of payer regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements for deploying AI in member-facing programs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience partnering with customer success or implementation teams to drive value realization and scalable rollouts.<br></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Please be aware of recruitment scams impersonating Hippocratic AI.
