This role reports to the President and serves as a critical partner to our VP of Marketing, Sales leadership, and Product—helping Clever scale a world-class, in-house paid growth function with the speed, creative velocity, and testing discipline of the best consumer brands in the market.</h3> <h3>This is a senior operator-leader role for someone who has personally managed million-dollar monthly budgets, and wants to build the system, the team, and the playbook from the ground up. This role will bring a clear point of view on what a high-performing paid team looks like,whether that's a tight in-house pod, a flexible network of contractors for creative and statics, or some combination, and will own the outcome end to end.
