We are seeking a Transformation Architect- a leader who will design, build, and continuously elevate how our most critical global client operations perform. </p><p>Reporting directly to the President of Global Clients America, you will own the evolution of a strong global operation and move it to the next level. Your focus is not analysis for analysis’ sake, it’s execution. You will identify where speed, automation, and alignment are holding us back, and you will redesign those systems to support scale, accountability, and sustained excellence. </p><p>In this role, you will unify Data & BI, HR, and Communications into an integrated operating model that drives clarity, measurable outcomes, and world‑class client delivery. Your work will define how we operate going forward, not just what we improve today.</p><p style="text-align: center;">WHAT YOU’LL DO</p><p>Operational Overhaul: Conduct a "no-stone-unturned" evaluation of Global Client Operations. You will design and deploy the next generation of processes and tools that move the needle on client satisfaction and profitability. </p><p>Drive Radical Accountability: Replace passive monitoring with active performance management. You will build the frameworks that hold client management teams to the highest standards of execution. </p><p>Turnaround Specialist: You won’t just "review" underperforming accounts; you will dive into the friction points, diagnose the root causes, and lead the tactical turnaround to restore excellence. </p><p>Cross-Functional Synergy: Break down silos. You will lead the integration of Data/Business Intelligence, and Communications to ensure our operations are data-driven, talent-heavy, and strategically aligned.</p><p><span> </span>Strategic Influence: Act as a key advisor to regional leadership.
