- Develop, configure, and refine automated pipelines and rule engines for product onboarding, approval cycles, and syndication.
- Interface with technical architects on staging and pre-production validation scenarios, ensuring reliable preview and QA processes.
- Oversee data migration from legacy tools, ensuring consistency, error minimization, and alignment with PIM schemas.

**Systems Integration & Technical Operations**
- Build and maintain robust APIs, scripts, and connectors to integrate with ERP, DAM, PLM, eCommerce, and translation platforms.
- Serve as escalation point for technical troubleshooting and performance tuning during post-launch stabilization.
- Collaborate with AI/data enrichment vendors and enhance product data intake via advanced capabilities (OCR, NLP extraction, auto-attribution from PDFs/images).
- Support ongoing integration with third-party platforms and ensure data exchange complies with enterprise and security requirements.

**Continuous Improvement & Support**
- Regularly monitor and analyze system performance, recommending and implementing enhancements for reliability, usability, and automation.
- Keep abreast of latest PIM vendor upgrades and recommend best practices and new features to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain clear technical documentation, configuration decks, and integration blueprints for knowledge-sharing and scalability.

**Stakeholder Engagement & Knowledge Transfer**
- Liaise with functional and product leads to accurately interpret requirements and translate them into sustainable technical designs.
- Develop comprehensive training resources for end-users and IT, providing mentorship and technical guidance as needed.
- Offer responsive support and consultative expertise to super-users and business teams for ongoing system optimization.

### Required Qualifications
- **5+ years’ experience** in architecting, implementing, and maintaining enterprise PIM solutions (such as Informatica, Salsify, Akeneo, Riversand, Inriver).
- Demonstrable expertise in configuring PIM environments (setup, attributes, governance, customizations, workflows).
- Solid grasp of data modeling, entity framework, taxonomy development, and product information governance best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in API design, scripting (Python or JavaScript preferred), and handling structured/unstructured data (XML, JSON, CSV).
- Hands-on background in ETL and integration frameworks (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or equivalent cloud-based tools).
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and process optimization acumen.

**Preferred Experience:**
- Projects in retail, eCommerce, or branded consumer products environments.
- Exposure to related enterprise technologies—ERP, DAM, PLM, CMS, or eCommerce software.
- Familiarity with modern project management environments (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) and coordinating multi-functional teams.

### Success Indicators
- Robust, business-aligned configuration and integration of PIM across the organization.
- High-quality, clean product data migration and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Tangible improvements in product data management workflows and user experience.
- Positive business feedback and rapid response to PIM technical support inquiries.
