Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse and Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire warehousing and transportation process, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and distribution. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize logistics workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and warehouse distribution to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Oversee transportation planning and management using advanced transportation management systems to optimize freight routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, including clerks, dispatchers, forklift operators, and logistics coordinators, fostering a motivated team environment.
  • Implement process improvements and continuous improvement practices to enhance operational efficiency across all logistics functions.
  • Develop budgets for warehousing and logistics activities, monitor expenses, and manage profit & loss statements to maximize profitability.
  • Oversee production planning in collaboration with manufacturing teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts through demand planning techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards related to warehouse operations including forklift operation, materials handling, and dispatching procedures.
  • Ensuring an efficient and effective Supply Chain process from order inventory to ensure customer delivery.
  • Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Providing leadership, management, coaching, monitoring and direction to achieve targets, goals, career development, best practices, counseling and disciplinary actions.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain management principles including inventory management, procurement, freight forwarding, shipping & receiving, and warehouse distribution.
  • Hands-on experience with transportation management systems , warehouse management systems.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively while fostering a safety-conscious culture.
  • Competence in budgeting, demand planning, production scheduling, and supply chain analytics to support strategic growth objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with analytical thinking to optimize logistics workflows and enhance overall supply chain performance. Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Engineering (or similar)
  • Minimum five years experience in a high volume manufacturing continuous process environment.
  • Lean manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
  • Experience in International/Global settings.
  • Foreign Languages: Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Google SUITE and relevant software

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
