Gaia is a fast-paced and growing company specializing in the B2B distribution of laminate and vinyl flooring. We are seeking an individual with excellent work ethic, punctuality, and reliability to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will support our on-site operations and deliver exceptional service by driving throughout large territories to deliver our products.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm
Pay Rate: $16 - $20 hourly


Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and engaging clients with a positive demeanor when they’re Will Calling or while delivering materials.
  • While delivering materials, you will be driving vehicles as large as an F650 Flatbed truck (no special license required)
  • Picking and packaging of products for Will Calls and Deliveries.
  • Organizing materials efficiently ensuring a manageable workspace in the warehouse.
  • Conducting daily inspections on both forklift and delivery trucks.
  • Data entry on daily inspection logs for company records.
  • Loading and unloading full truck loads.
  • Reporting damaged materials to make certain that inventory is accurate.
  • Executing inventory counts.
  • Exhibiting skills such as strong communication, multitasking abilities, and time management.
  • Capability to comply with safety guidelines along with maneuvering in various weather and traffic conditions.
  • Demonstrating initiative and the ability to perform tasks with limited supervision.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • US Work Authorization
  • Ability to move/lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to speak Spanish (Preferred)
  • Ability to operate a smart phone
  • Warehouse Experience (1 year preferred)
  • Delivery driver experience (1 year preferred)
