What You’ll Do

As Warehouse Administrator, you will:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring procedures run efficiently and the team has the support they need
  • Provide sales and production support, coordinating workflows and order processing
  • Maintain internal system such as Business Central (BC) for accurate data and reporting
  • Deliver excellent customer service in the warehouse, office, and via phone/email communications
  • Manage warehouse operations, keeping the space organized, welcoming, and professional
  • Assist with yard operations, including cycle counts, order pulling, and inventory tracking (forklift experience is a plus)
  • Process invoices, payments, and maintain financial records
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees
  • Ensure follow-up on inventory completion and other operational priorities

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in office management or operations, ideally with sales or production support responsibilities
  • Strong organizational, operational, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Business Central (BC) preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in yard operations, warehouse support, or forklift operation is a plus

Education:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
