About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing real estate brand led by a top-producing realtor and content creator with a highly engaged audience. They operate at scale on Instagram (280K+ followers) and repurpose content across YouTube and LinkedIn to drive qualified leads. They value integrity, reliability, and creative, data-driven digital marketing execution.

Why does this role exist?
This role exists to level up the client’s YouTube presence and overall content engine—turning high-performing Instagram content into discoverable, search-optimized videos on YouTube and strategic posts on LinkedIn. The specialist will optimize SEO, thumbnails, and captions to increase views, watch time, and subscriber growth while managing community engagement across platforms. The ultimate goal is to drive brand visibility, nurture community relationships, and support lead generation for the real estate business.

The Impact you’ll make

YouTube SEO and Optimization
  • Own YouTube SEO: keyword research, tags, titles, descriptions, playlists, and backlinks
  • Create scroll-stopping thumbnails and test for CTR improvements
  • Write compelling YouTube captions and coordinate consistent upload schedules
Content Repurposing and Publishing
  • Download Instagram videos and upload them to YouTube with optimized metadata
  • Repost Instagram content to LinkedIn with platform-appropriate captions
  • Maintain content calendars and posting workflows across platforms
Community Management and DM Automation
  • Respond to DMs and comments across Instagram and LinkedIn with brand-appropriate voice
  • Set up and maintain ManyChat flows for Instagram DM automation
  • Track and report on community engagement, response times, and conversation outcomes
Creative Marketing Support
  • Write short-form blogs that align with published video topics
  • Support ideation for content hooks, titles, and creatives informed by analytics
  • Provide general creative marketing assistance as needed
Social Media Operations
  • Manage inboxes and organize communications using email/inbox management systems
  • Leverage social media management platforms for scheduling, tagging, and reporting
  • Coordinate assets and updates with the client and internal stakeholders

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • Proven YouTube expertise with demonstrated SEO/optimization results (thumbnails, keywords, titles, backlinks)
  • Prior experience working with a realtor or real estate brand
  • Hands-on social media management across Instagram and LinkedIn, including DMs/community management
  • Proficiency creating YouTube thumbnails and writing video captions/descriptions; strong copywriting for blogs
  • Experience with ManyChat and social media management tools; comfortable with email/inbox management systems

  • Hard skills: YouTube Studio, keyword research tools (e.g., TubeBuddy/VidIQ), thumbnail design (Canva/Adobe), ManyChat DM automation, Instagram/LinkedIn scheduling and analytics, basic SEO principles for video and blog content
