Youtube Video Producer - Digital Media (USA, EST Time Zone)

Dexerto is seeking a creative, and organized Producer to join our growing commercial video production team. You will work across short and long form branded content in collaboration with some of the world's most recognizable brands, focusing on digital distribution via Dexerto's YouTube Channel, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat. Applicants must have experience with digital distribution channels, a strong understanding of YouTube best practices, content development, video production, coordination, script writing, post production workflow and a passion to be a part of a small team, with big goals. This position requires a multi-skilled creative producer who excels at "doing the work", not just "managing".

Bonus: You have an interest in console gaming, esports, shooting games, fighting games, sports games, and a passion for streaming and influencer culture.

This is a fully remote, full time role where you will be working directly with the EP of Branded Content, USA - East Coast based applicants preferred. Please note some travel and on location producing will be a part of the role.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years experience producing YouTube, InstaGram, TikTok, X (digital) content (branded or original).
  • In-depth knowledge of YouTube best practices for organic success + viewership
  • United States Based (EST or CST Time Zones)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ample understanding of the influencer + gaming scene, including talent and events.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
  • Proficiency performing coordinator responsibilities such as scheduling shoots, travel, logistics, budget management and post schedule
  • Creative knack for Storytelling
  • Proficiency in script writing, paper edits and collaborating with editors
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, fun environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Work across multiple brand campaigns to develop both bespoke and Dexerto original content (short and long form)
  • Produce (start to delivery) branded projects that meet Dexerto's high professional standards
  • Responsible for development, production coordination, shoot, schedules, post production workflow + organization and management of digital assets
  • Can develop scripts (paper edits) with clear vision and work with editors, managing feedback between client, account and video departments
  • Has knowledge of Youtube metrics like APV, CTR, and trends around Introductions, Hooks, the Build Up, and Pay Off.
  • QC post production work, ensuring accuracy, quality and detail
  • Collaborate with Commercial Creative Team and EP to ensure successful productions
  • Monitor all phases of projects through to on time delivery
  • Meeting pre-set video performance benchmarks via quality of end product
  • Producing & delivering multiple projects simultaneously
