Job Description:

  • This is a remote position. Zoho CRM Experts / Zoho Bigin Experts
  • As a Zoho CRM Expert / Zoho Bigin Expert at WITTIGONIA digital, you will configure, customize and maintain CRM systems to support sales, marketing and customer service teams.
  • In this remote role, you will ensure CRM processes are efficient, data is clean, workflows are automated, and system analytics provide actionable insights.
  • You’ll be a key contributor to improving customer journeys through both Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin .
  • Set up, customize and maintain Zoho CRM modules: fields, layouts, permissions, workflows, automations and dashboards
  • Manage Bigin pipelines and small‑business workflows; configure teams, roles, and flows between Zoho Bigin and other Zoho tools or third‑party apps
  • Ensure data integrity: cleaning, deduplication, import/export, synchronization and audit of CRM & Bigin records
  • Build reports and dashboards to track lead generation, opportunity pipelines, and customer lifecycle metrics
  • Train end users, support adoption, document best practices and create process guidelines
  • Troubleshoot system issues, oversee permissions & access control, maintain security settings in line with GDPR / local privacy requirements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin , including setup, customization, workflows and automations.
  • Strong data‑management skills: record‑keeping, data hygiene, integration skills, synchronization across systems
  • Ability to build useful dashboards, analytic reports and insights from CRM & Bigin usage
  • Experience training or supporting users, producing documentation or process standards
  • English fluency (written and spoken); fluency in one additional major language preferred (German, French, Portuguese, Italian or Spanish)
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail; proactive in suggesting improvements
