Our collaborative Sales culture is dedicated to our team's personal advancement, growth, and development while we continue to maintain a rewarding environment.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nClearly articulate PagerDuty?s business value proposition to assess buying interest and demonstrate passion about transformation and innovation\nConduct account development best practices and strategically target commercial and enterprise accounts, by leveraging phone, email, video and social technologies\nDevelop and leverage discovery process in having conversations with Mid to C-Level suites\nProficient in utilizing Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach and Zoominfo\nDemonstrate consistent record of achieving sales goals\nBasic Qualifications\n\nBA\/BS degree or equivalent experience\n0-3 years of prior sales experience\nExperience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce)\nPermanent location within the Toronto metropolitan area and ability to commit to hybrid\/in-office presence\nPermanent, unrestricted work authorization in Canada\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in prior SDR\/BDR role at a dynamic SaaS company\nExperience using ZoomInfo, Outreach, SFDC, SalesNavigator, Salesloft, Vidyard, automated dialer technology\nThe base salary range for this position is 55,000 - 55,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and\/or benefits.\n\nOur base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position.
