In 2019, Citi employee volunteers contributed more than 1 million volunteer hours around the world.\nIn this role, you are expected to:\n\nReview customer needs and asset allocation, pro-actively engage with the customer to validate the understanding of the needs.\nAdvise customers to enrich the relationships by mobilizing additional funds and sell other fee based products\/services based on the current and future customer needs.\nReview product penetration for the assigned client base, identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration\nEnsure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling and financial planning\nAcquire new customers through converting referral leads.\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nAs a successful candidate, you would ideally have the following skills and exposure:\n\nRelevant financial advisory experience and strong financial background preferred\nSolid understanding of industry standards and practices.\nExcellent communication, both written and spoken; and diplomacy skills\nGood attention to detail\nMandatory certifications as required for selling financial products\nBachelor\/University degree or equivalent experience\nWorking at Citi is far more than just a job.
